22 Townhomes, all of slightly different flavors where monthly rates range from $700 to 725/month.  We offer the flexibility of pet specific areas, tile v. carpet on first floor and pay as you go power meters from SRP (at west building).  Then there is our fancy covered parking...horses optional!
